Overall purpose of the role:
We’re looking for a dynamic Project Manager to join a high-impact transformation programme within the financial services sector. This role will focus specifically on aligning and integrating compliance processes, controls, and frameworks across multiple business areas as part of a broader organizational change initiative.
You will be responsible for driving structured delivery of compliance change initiatives, working closely with senior stakeholders (up to MD level) across the business. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to a major integration project within a highly regulated environment.
Key Accountabilities
Act as Project Manager for compliance integration workstreams
Coordinate the alignment and delivery of compliance processes, frameworks, and systems between the two organizations.
Engage and manage stakeholders at all levels—including MDs and business heads—to ensure project alignment and progress.
Proactively identify, manage, and resolve risks, dependencies, and delivery challenges across workstreams.
Produce clear plans, status updates, RAID logs, and governance materials to keep all parties aligned.
Troubleshoot delivery issues, facilitate solutions, and ensure teams stay on track against target dates.
Ensure full compliance alignment across both entities post-merger.
Deliver integration outcomes against fixed timelines and regulatory expectations.
Demonstrate structured delivery, discipline, and follow-through in complex, multi-stakeholder environments.
Key Skills:
Strong Project Management experience, ideally in financial services or a highly regulated environment.
Proven track record delivering complex compliance or regulatory change initiatives.
Ability to influence and lead senior stakeholders (up to MD level) to achieve aligned outcomes.
Clear examples of driving structured delivery against hard deadlines, troubleshooting delivery issues, and ensuring accountability.
Highly organized, delivery-focused, and detail-oriented.
Background in Compliance (either functionally or in a previous PM role).
Experience working on M&A integrations or similar cross-organizational change efforts.
