Qualifications / Candidate Profile

Are you a former Building Control Inspector, Construction Project Manager or Architect with in-depth knowledge of the Building Regulations and the new Principal Designer duties under the Building Safety Act?

  • Lead design assurance and regulatory compliance across a diverse portfolio
  • Work on a range of exciting projects, including commercial, education, residential, and High-Risk Buildings (HRBs)
  • Collaborate closely with clients, design teams, contractors, and regulators
