Overview

AlgoSec is looking for an experienced Projects Manager to join its Project Managers EMEA team. Reporting to: Manager, Project Management, EMEA. Location: UK, Home Office. Direct employment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate Professional Services (PS) Projects, owning all project tasks throughout the project life cycle from pre-sale to full production stage.
• Accountable for addressing all customers’ needs throughout the engagement lifecycle, starting with pre-sale assistance through deployment and transition to BAU stage.
• Accelerate solution adoption, ensuring customer retention, satisfaction, and long-term value.
• Demonstrate a strong passion for engaging AlgoSec’s EMEA customers, helping them maximize business value by achieving full operational readiness.
• Serve as the primary point of contact between EMEA customers and internal teams including product management, R&D, Account Managers, regional Sales Engineers, Support Team and technical engineers.
• Manage and coordinate sub-contractors, including handling relevant commercial aspects.
• Champion customer needs and advocate for them across internal AlgoSec departments to ensure alignment and satisfaction.
• Establish and maintain trusted/strategic advisor relationships with customers and drive continued value of AlgoSec Solutions and services.
• Support Account Managers during the pre-sale phase including the development of Statements of Work (SoWs).

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in project management with proven experience in increasing customer satisfaction, adoption, and retention.
• Experience in working with outbound/external customers.
• Experience in large technology environments / enterprise IT.
• Experience in commercial view and budget control.
• Dynamic and proactive personality with excellent interpersonal skills.
• Operates well under pressure. Experienced with crisis-management.
• Impeccable written and verbal communication skills, adaptive to changes.
• Demonstrates persistence and ability to overcome obstacles. Fast learner and works well independently.
• Performs well in a matrix management environment.
• Thrives in a multi-tasking environment and can adjust priorities on-the-fly.
• Ability to see the big picture while being detail oriented and analytical.
• Self-motivated with high integrity.
• Willingness to travel (approximately 20%) in EMEA.

• Security background, especially in firewall administration and configuration.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in French / Spanish / German.
