What will I be doing?
You’ll lead the end-to-end management of digital infrastructure and engineering projects, ensuring successful delivery, clear communication and efficient coordination.
Key responsibilities include:
• Managing multiple concurrent projects from post-sale to final delivery.
• Coordinating software deployment, smart metering rollouts, and engineering initiatives.
• Creating and maintaining project plans, timelines, and RAID logs.
• Collaborating with UK-based and international teams (France, US, NZ).
• Reporting risks and progress to programme boards and leadership.
• Supporting cost management, invoicing milestones, and budget adherence.
• Ensuring consistent alignment with customer expectations and commercial priorities.
• Participating in international calls when needed, occasionally outside standard hours.
This is a full-time, hybrid working role – home working with some travel required across the UK and Ireland as well as occasional international travel.
What are the requirements?
• Experience in project delivery—ideally as a Project Manager, Product Owner, or PMO.
• Understanding of complex engineering or software projects (entry-level welcome if supported by transferable experience or aptitude).
• Confident communicator, comfortable working with both technical teams and senior leadership.
• Organised, methodical, and able to manage competing priorities.
• Ability to produce and manage RAID logs and structured project documentation.
• Comfortable with occasional non-standard hours to support global collaboration.
• Proactive mindset with a flexible, hands-on approach to delivery.
• Project management qualification (e.g. PRINCE2 Agile) is desirable.
• Background in water, utilities, or infrastructure sectors is a plus.
