Job Description

What You\'ll Be Doing:

• Take ownership of installation projects from start to finish, ensuring they are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest standards.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, keeping everything moving smoothly.
• Identify risks early in contracts and implement smart solutions.
• Forecast revenue and manage cashflow to drive financial success.
• Coordinate teams and resources to hit key milestones.
• Anticipate challenges with proactive risk management and problem-solving.
• Build strong stakeholder relationships through clear, consistent updates.
• Lead key meetings from kick-off to handover, ensuring alignment at every stage.
• Maintain project documentation, budgets, and reporting to keep projects on track.
• Champion a culture of safety, teamwork, and continuous improvement across all sites.

Qualifications

Essential Skills & Experience

• Solid project management experience, ideally in installation, construction, or technical environments
• Strong new business prospecting skills within the Fire market
• Proven track record managing large and/or multiple projects
• Strong knowledge of project management processes and methodologies
• Ability to forecast, report, and maintain financial control
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and organisational skills

Desirable

• Experience with NEC or JCT contracts
• Prince II, APM, or similar certification
• Experience maximizing install margins and revenue performance
