The Role

As Project Manager, you will oversee projects up to £2m in value, managing them from concept through to completion. You will work across all stages — from design and planning to final handover — ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest standards.

Key responsibilities

  • Leading projects from initial design through to completion
  • Managing multiple interior fit-out and acoustic installation projects simultaneously
  • Coordinating subcontractors, suppliers, and stakeholders on-site
  • Acting as the main client contact, ensuring expectations are managed and exceeded
  • Developing and maintaining detailed project programmes (CPAs)
  • Monitoring budgets, managing costs, and capturing all variations
  • Identifying and resolving risks, issues, and project delays
  • Ensuring compliance with legislation, health and safety standards, and industry best practice
  • Providing regular progress and KPI reporting

Requirements

The ideal candidate will be a confident project leader with a background in interior or fit-out project management. You will bring:

  • Proven experience as a Project Manager in the interior fit-out or construction sector
  • A successful track record of delivering projects up to £2m+ in value
  • Strong subcontractor management and on-site coordination skills
  • Excellent client-facing and communication abilities
  • Proficiency with project planning tools, budgeting, and reporting
  • Knowledge of safety regulations, compliance, and industry best practice
  • A proactive, detail-oriented, and solutions-focused approach
