Project Manager (Level 1 & 2)

You’ll manage the delivery of projects to time, cost, and quality standards. Whether you’re early in your project management career or already experienced, we’ll support your development through our career-graded structure.

Salary: £40,650 – £52,866 Depending on experience

Key Skills:

• Degree or equivalent experience in project management
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
• Experience in rail, highways, or change delivery (depending on programme area)

Senior Project Manager

You’ll lead complex, multi-disciplinary infrastructure or change projects, managing contracts, stakeholders, and delivery teams to ensure successful outcomes.

Salary: £57,770 – £65,024 Depending on experience

Key Skills:

• Proven experience in delivering complex infrastructure or change projects
• NEC3/4 contract management and CDM 2015 compliance
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management

Projects & Programme Manager

As a senior leader, you’ll operate at both strategic and operational levels, overseeing programmes, leading teams, and driving continuous improvement across TfGM’s portfolio.

Salary: £70,906 – £79,805 Depending on experience

Key Skills:

• Extensive leadership experience in project/programme delivery
• Strong financial, analytical, and stakeholder engagement skills
• Experience in infrastructure or business change programmes
