Project Manager - Refresh / Tech Operations

STATUS: PAYE Contract
LOCATION: London (E14)
HYBRID MODEL: 3 days onsite / 2 days remote

DURATION: 12 months +

FPSG seek an experienced Tech Operations PM to join a global mobile technology refresh and standardisation programme. This leadership role is central to the successful delivery, therefore prior corporate mobile device provisioning and decommissioning coordination is essential.

Responsibilities

• Coordinating and managing the regional operations & engineering team
• Ensuring strict adherence to guidelines for handling data-bearing assets
• Identifying and mitigating risks to maintain project momentum
• Tracking progress through project milestones and resolving roadblocks
• Providing regular updates to programme leadership
• Collaborating with global counterparts to ensure consistency
• Ensuring deliverables meet quality standards and stakeholder expectations

Qualifications

• Prior demonstrable experience of Enterprise Mobile Technology Standardization Programs (Provision, Replacement & Decommission of mobile devices)
• Leading technology teams in high-paced environments
• Working within financial services or investment banking
• Enforcing detailed processes and operational compliance
• Building strong stakeholder relationships across regions
• Managing multiple priorities under pressure
• Communicating effectively at all levels of management
• Understanding desktop hardware and components
• Applying analytical and problem-solving skills

Notes on engagement

• This role requires you to be onsite 3 days a week; a reasonable commutable domicile is expected.
• Engagement via an inside IR35 PAYE model has already been determined.
• It is essential to have proven experience in 1) Tech operations leadership within 2) enterprise technology refresh programmes, 3) involving mobile device standardisation in a 4) large FS or Investment Bank (provisioning / decommissioning). please ensure where relevant that this is included in your resume experience.
