Project Manager

Up to £60,000

We're looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead exciting transformation projects that blend traditional operations with new systems, modern ways of working, and AI innovation.

You’ll report directly to the Head of Business Transformation, manage a small team, and drive high-impact projects from end to end. If you're passionate about delivering change, influencing senior stakeholders, and getting things done – we want to hear from you.

The Role:

• Lead and deliver strategic transformation projects across a dynamic portfolio
• Manage planning, execution, resources, risk, and quality
• Work with internal and external stakeholders to drive alignment and delivery
• Influence process improvements and adopt modern project methodologies
• Provide regular reporting to senior leadership

What You'll Need:

• Proven project management experience in complex organisations
• Experience mentoring or leading junior team members
• Hands-on with tools like ServiceNow (or similar platforms)
• Confident working in Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies (PRINCE2 a plus)
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Problem-solver with a delivery-first mindset
