Overview

Project Manager - Time and Attendance (T&A) system implementation. This is a 3-year fixed-term role focused on overseeing the end-to-end project lifecycle—from planning to deployment and post-implementation support.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of the T&A project across multiple business units and geographies including integrations to new and legacy Payroll & HR systems
  • Develop and manage project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocations
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams including HR, IT, Operations, Finance and external vendors
  • Ensure compliance with employment law, GDPR, and internal policies
  • Identify and mitigate project risks and issues proactively
  • Manage stakeholder communications and provide regular status updates to senior leadership
  • Oversee system testing, training, change management, and go-live activities

Essential qualifications and requirements

  • Full UK driving license
  • Minimum 5 years of project management experience, preferably in T&A systems
  • Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall methodologies
  • Proven track record of delivering complex, multi-year technology projects
  • Strong knowledge of T&A systems (e.g., Softworks, Kronos, SAP SuccessFactors, Workday)
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
  • Willingness and ability to travel regularly across the UK and Northern Ireland

Desirable

  • Experience with unionised environments or global workforce management
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Qualifications and/or Relevant Experience

We are looking for someone with proven experience and an understanding of T&A systems, integration processes and required HR and Payroll data outputs.
