Job Title: Project Manager - Travel Incentive Programs

Salary: £35-42k

Location: London

Reporting to: Senior PM, Account Director, CS Director

Contract Type: Permanent - Hybrid (3 days on site)

Role Summary:

Our client is seeking an experienced event project manager specializing in incentives and rewards within an agency environment. You will collaborate with key clients on a variety of exciting projects.

Responsibilities:

• Project Management: Oversee project delivery, including client communications, timelines, deliverables, and budget management.
• Assist in managing incentive programs.
• Onsite Event Management.
• Financial Management.
• Health and Safety Compliance.
• Support new business efforts through pitches and proposals.
• CRM Management.
• Supplier Management.

Experience and Skills:

• Strong organizational skills.
• Autonomous with a sense of ownership and responsibility.
• Flexible and adaptable.
• Experience with live and onsite events.
• B2B Events experience.

Requirements:

• Extensive event production experience in an agency setting.
• Experience with incentive travel programs.
• Video Production & Graphics skills (not essential).
• Willingness to travel to onsite events and client offices.
• Full UK driving license and own vehicle.
