Role Description
Project Manager – Civils Utility Diversions. Working for a consultancy supporting the delivery of multiple programmes within a utility provider. Focused on improving water networks and utility diversions for major projects.
Location: London or Home Counties (Travel to other sites in the region). Hybrid working: Home-based 2 days a week / 3 days a week in the client’s office.
Role Focus: Supporting the Programme lead on major civil projects, managing Tier 1 contractors, ensuring contract compliance, and delivering objectives in line with governance. Focus on processes, systems, technical and operational delivery, planning, reporting, and clear communication between stakeholders. Suitable for a Project Manager from a client or consultancy background who handles multiple stakeholders and understands the complexities of water diversion.
Qualifications / Experience
- Sector-related degree or equivalent
- Project Management experience with a client-side organisation, in rail, highways, Water, Gas, or Power, with utility diversion experience
