Role Overview

As a Project Management, you will be deeply involved in the hands-on delivery of complex construction and development programmes. You\'ll assume ownership of client goals, steer project teams, and drive outcomes with precision, reliability, and a client-first mindset.

Key Responsibilities

  • Project Management: Lead and coordinate across all project life cycle phases, from initiation through to handover, ensuring design, cost, quality, and time lines are tightly managed.

  • Development Monitoring: Act on behalf of funder\'s or landowners to oversee progression, compliance, contractor performance, valuations, and contractual deliverables.

  • Feasibility Studies: Manage multi-disciplinary consultant teams to assess viability of projects, providing independent analysis and strategic recommendations.

  • Contract Administration: Serve as Employer\'s Agent or Contract Administrator where needed, facilitate smooth contractual administration, and provide informed, proactive advice.

  • Client Engagement: Cultivate deep relationships with clients, interpreting deliverables through their lens, and delivering with value, on-schedule, and on-budget, exemplifying a high-performance ethos.

Your Profile

  • A Chartered or equivalent qualified project or programme management professional (RICS or similar) preferred.

  • Demonstrable experience, ideally within sport & leisure, government, residential, or heritage sectors.

  • Strong skills in stakeholder communication, team collaboration, and multi-disciplinary coordination.

  • Commercial awareness and a pragmatic, solutions-oriented mindset.

  • Comfortable working autonomously and integrating seamlessly within dynamic client environments.
