About the role
We are looking for a talented Project Manager to support our growing marketing and digital teams! This role will see you working across a variety of creative projects, with exciting opportunities to contribute across Skincare, Complexion and Colour product categories. With 4-5 years writing experience, you will have a demonstrated passion for storytelling and a keen eye for detail.
With an entrepreneurial spirit, solutions-oriented and collaborative approach, you will work alongside other creatives, the marketing team, digital team, PR, social, as well as help support our local market creative efforts.
As a Project Manager you will
- Manage all internal cross-functional teams during the lifecycle of all brand campaigns and new product launches. This includes integrating teams across brand creative, PR, social content, digital content, digital builds, and events.
- Must understand marketing channels and functions
- Ensuring all teams are hitting milestones with 1) strategy + creative, 2) planning + tactics, 3) aligned on execution
- Communicate directly with internal teams around budget, timelines, process & deliverables
- Schedule necessary project-related meetings such as kickoffs, brainstorms, and deliverable reviews
- Responsible for Scope of Work task, timeline, and budget development
- Provide mentorship to members of the team
- Responsible for all vendor agreements and other contract documents
- Work closely with our in-house creative team and production
- Report on resourcing, budgeting, and revenue realization
Project Execution
- Budget management, including review of actual expenses and working with production team
- Scope tracking (timing, deliverables), if a change occurs, planning what can be done in scope and what can’t
- Schedule management, ensuring inter-departmental teams know timing for meetings, milestones, deliverables & completion
- Collaborate with Creative team leads to manage team tasks, next steps, bandwidth, and needed resources
- Collaborate with producers to build & manage holistic budgets and timelines that will meet production needs for an ask as creative is developed
- Work with all departments on budget, timing & task management to ensure their inputs and outputs on a project are aligned with larger timing & milestone needs
Project Wrap
- Ensure all working and final project assets are consolidated in appropriate folders on the server, all shared documents are in one folder on Dropbox, all contracts are signed and on Dropbox
- Sign off on project expenses from Finance
- Ensure all project wrap documents are done by appropriate team members (completion reports)

About you
- Previous experience managing projects, coordinating teams, and/or other planning-related duties, preferably in the digital space
- Budget development and contract writing experience
- Strong communication skills
- A strong understanding of processes, including creative production, paid media and digital builds - interest in optimizing those processes is a strong plus
- A cool, calm and collected approach to problem solving
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
- Strong self-awareness and people-management skills
- Proficiency in Google Suite (email, docs, drive, slides)
- Experience using Dropbox, and project management tools such as Trello
- Understanding of relevant digital & social media platforms and their requirements
