We are seeking a highly skilled and motivatedProject Managerto oversee the successful execution of new development and serial production projects. This role is responsible for ensuring projects are deliveredon time, within budget, and compliant with specifications, while coordinating cross-functional teams across design, engineering, purchasing, manufacturing, test, and quality.

• Develop robust delivery programmes and secure buy-in from all relevant internal teams.
• Monitor progress against project milestones, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and specifications.
• Identify and mitigate potential risks to maintain project goals, adapting plans based on R&D developments and test data.
• Serve as the primary customer interface, coordinating with externalProject Management and Engineering Teamsto define and maintain all technical and commercial interfaces.
• Ensure seamless collaboration between internal and external stakeholders to keep projects on track.

• Strong understanding ofcomplex electro-mechanical product design and operation, including key design parameters and their impact on overall performance.
• Familiarity withdevelopment and simulation softwareis highly desirable.
• Proficiency inMicrosoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)and advanced skills inMS Project Proare an advantage.

• Hands-on experiencein the development and testing of complex electro-mechanical products.
• Ability to contribute to design, development, and manufacturing processes in a fast-paced,R&D-driven environment.
• Excellentcommunication and project management skills, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
