- Programme & Budget Control – Develop and maintain project schedules, control costs, and ensure delivery within agreed budgets.
- Technical Oversight – Interpret technical drawings, specifications, and standards to ensure compliance and quality.
- Health & Safety – Champion site safety, ensuring compliance with regulations, risk assessments, and TCA’s safety culture.
- Problem Solving – Identify and resolve potential issues before they impact programme or quality.
- Quality Assurance – Ensure all works meet TCA’s exacting quality standards and regulatory requirements.
- Handover & Aftercare – Oversee commissioning, validation, and final client handover, ensuring a seamless transition to ongoing service support.
Key Requirements
- Proven experience in project management for construction, cleanroom, pharmaceutical, or high-spec build projects.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and manage subcontractors.
- Excellent communication skills – confident with clients, engineers, and site personnel alike.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
- Technical competence in reading drawings and understanding construction methodologies.
- Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel extensively with overnight stays.
- Strong commitment to safety, quality, and customer satisfaction.
What We Offer
- A career-defining opportunity with the UK leader in clean air solutions.
- A role where your decisions directly shape the success of major cleanroom projects.
- Ongoing professional development and training.
- A supportive, family-driven culture that values your input and ambition.
- Nationwide travel with a company car and all expenses covered.
- The opportunity to work on ground-breaking projects in healthcare, pharma, and technology sectors.
