Overview
Are you ready to lead projects that make a real impact on Wales' natural environment and infrastructure? This is a unique and exciting opportunity for an experienced and motivated Project Manager to join Natural Resources Wales' Projects and Programme Delivery team - a critical part of the Strategic Projects department. As a Project Manager, you will be at the forefront of delivering innovative, sustainable, and high-value solutions that help protect, enhance, and manage Wales' natural resources. From flood risk management schemes and fish migration improvements to river restoration, metal mines remediation, and infrastructure development on the forestry estate - your work will directly support our mission to build a more resilient and nature-positive future. Working with passionate, multi-disciplinary teams, you will manage projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. You'll bring your leadership, coordination, and stakeholder engagement skills to complex challenges that demand technical knowledge, creativity, and clear decision-making. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, enjoys collaboration, and wants their work to have a tangible and lasting benefit to people, wildlife, and the wider landscape of Wales.
