Join us as a Project Planner at Bettys and Taylors Group - Our family business is home to three iconic Yorkshire brands - Yorkshire Tea, Bettys and Taylors of Harrogate.
Are you a detail-oriented, proactive planner with a passion for driving change in cloud transformation projects? We’re looking for two Evergreen Cloud Planners to join our Group Change team and support the delivery of our Evergreen Cloud initiative on a fixed-term basis for 2 years.

The role will offer hybrid working based from Harrogate (HG2 7DL). Please note that this position is not suitable for fully remote applicants, as regular on-site collaboration in Harrogate is essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain project plans for assigned workstreams
- Track and report on spend, escalating issues as needed
- Prepare documentation for key meetings and manage delegated activities
- Coordinate purchasing and scheduling of project activities
- Maintain RAID logs and ensure timely updates
- Act as the central point of contact for Evergreen Cloud queries
- Oversee resource availability and manage the shared mailbox
- A self-starter with a “can-do” attitude and strong organisational skills
- Experience in complex project or programme environments
- Quick learner with a structured, methodical approach
- Detail-oriented and diligent with excellent stakeholder management
- Confident communicator, able to challenge constructively
- Proficient in MS Office tools including Project Online, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint
