What you will need

  • Eligibility to work in the UK with no nationality or residency restrictions
  • Residency in Southwest England or South Wales
  • Experience of large‑scale project planning, including building and managing schedules and baselines
  • Contract knowledge across NEC, JCT, FIDIC or Rail frameworks
  • Consultancy or client‑facing experience supporting multi‑disciplinary teams

Salary and rewards

£60‑65K plus hybrid working and flexible arrangements to support work‑life balance

Your role

  • Build and manage project schedules, interfaces, and stakeholder engagement
  • Maintain baselines and support contractual and performance metrics
  • Deliver workshops and reporting including Earned Value Management
  • Correlate schedule, cost and risk for integrated assessments
  • Provide scenario planning and critical path analysis to improve efficiency

Your experience

  • Technical capability: Integrated multi‑discipline project controls skillset, advanced reporting techniques, contract management expertise
  • Behavioural capability: Strong stakeholder management, consultancy mindset, ability to drive best practice across teams
