Overview

The Project Procurement Manager will lead and deliver end-to-end procurement activity for a large-scale technology transformation programme, ensuring compliance, value for money, and effective supplier engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage multiple technology procurements within the Back Office Operational Modernisation (BOOM) programme.
  • Transition services from an expired contract to new suppliers.
  • Establish and run procurement processes, including documentation, requirements gathering, and evaluation.
  • Engage with senior stakeholders and suppliers to drive successful commercial outcomes.

Experience Required

  • Strong knowledge of Public Sector Procurement Regulations (PCR & PA23).
  • Proven track record in delivering large-scale technology procurements.
  • Experience working across digital services and finance systems.
  • Ability to operate independently and set up procurement frameworks from scratch.
