Archer Recruitment is working with a specialist independent construction consultancy in the Residential sector to recruit a Project Quantity Surveyor to its London team.The company has an expert team providing Quantity Surveying, Project Management, Employers Agent & Carbon Management services to developer clients for Build to Rent, Student Accommodation, Hotels, Co-living & Regeneration projects.Due to continued growth, they are now recruiting for a Project QS with at least 3 years experience to support the delivery of key projects through all RIBA stages. Based from modern offices in the West End, the business has a non-corporate feel and close-knit, social team. You will be working directly alongside the Directors and support with managing junior colleagues in the team. The company has a hybrid working policy with typically 4 days a week in the office or on site.Candidates for this position should have proven experience in a cost consultancy or client-side role in the Residential sector and ideally be MRICS qualified or working towards their APC.
