Senior / Project Architect – Design-Led London Studio | Residential + Mixed-Use I’m working with a brilliant London-based architectural practice known for delivering contemporary, design-focused work across residential, co-living, and commercial sectors. With over two decades of experience and a strong reputation for contextual, high-quality architecture, the studio offers a genuinely collaborative, friendly environment where creativity is celebrated, and people are valued.

They’re now looking for a Senior or Project Architect to join the team on a permanent basis, with the opportunity to take a leading role on beautifully crafted, often complex UK-based projects.

About the Role This is a hands-on, client-facing role for someone with a sharp design eye and solid experience delivering projects across all RIBA stages. You’ll be leading the design and coordination of live schemes, mentoring junior staff, and working closely with consultants and clients to ensure smooth delivery and strong design outcomes.

Key Responsibilities Lead residential and mixed-use projects through all RIBA stages (0–7)

Prepare and oversee planning applications, tender, and construction documentation

Coordinate with clients, consultants, and contractors to drive projects forward

Manage internal teams and resources efficiently

Maintain quality assurance and compliance with UK Building Regulations

Balance strong design thinking with technical precision

What We’re Looking For ARB-registered Architect with 5+ years post-Part 3 experience

Solid background delivering UK-based residential or mixed-use projects

Strong working knowledge of UK Building Regulations and the planning system

A confident communicator who can work directly with clients and lead internal teams

Proficiency in Vectorworks is essential

Both design flair and technical confidence – you’ll be hands-on across all stages

Experience managing projects from concept to site handover
