Overview

This is a fantastic opportunity to join an expanding commercial insurance team handling complex and exciting work for a range of clients.

Responsibilities

• Work undertaken by the team includes property damage, subrogated recovery and coverage litigation.
• Advise on fire, flood, construction and subsidence claims.
• Subrogated recoveries and coverage disputes.
• Liability defence and strategic advisory work.
• Contribute to BD initiatives and client training.
• Mentor junior fee earners and support team development.

Qualifications

• Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with 3+ years’ PQE.
• Experience in property damage, subrogated loss or wider insurance litigation.
• Excellent drafting, analytical and client-handling skills.
• Commercially aware and collaborative in approach.
