National Leasing Manager - Fitness Franchise Brand

Central London Office - Hybrid Remote • UK & Ireland – Full-time

We’re looking for a National Leasing Manager to drive growth by securing prime locations across the UK & Ireland. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on building relationships, spotting opportunities, and shaping leasing strategy to support long-term business success.

What you’ll do

• Lead the leasing strategy, guiding external partners and franchisees through negotiations.
• Identify and secure high-quality sites using market insights and strong industry connections.
• Build and maintain relationships with landlords, agents, and developers.
• Track property trends and ensure expansion plans align with market opportunities.
• Support franchisees with advice and guidance on lease terms.
• Represent the brand at industry events and strengthen its presence in the property sector.

What we’re looking for

• 3+ years’ experience in property, leasing, franchising, or business development.
• Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
• Background in retail, fitness, or hospitality leasing is a plus.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to translate market data into strategy.
• A proactive leader who can balance strategy with hands-on execution.
