We are a growing company with high standards and a strong, growing client base. We are looking for part time or self employed property inventory clerks to conduct inventories, check ins, check outs and routine property visits within our clients' properties throughout Surrey and Hampshire. Property inventory clerk experience is essential with full training being provided to ensure reports completed are to our companies required standard including photographs.

Are you an experienced property inventory clerk looking for additional work alongside your current commitments with the ability to earn uncapped, attractive rates? This role could be for you.

The role entails liaising with tenants, landlords and lettings agents to conduct property inventories and check in's/outs. We work alongside renowned, large-scale letting agencies as well as smaller businesses and private clients. We pride ourselves on our high standards and the quality of our reports and use well known software to assist with the reports.

The right person will possess these characteristics:

• A thorough attention to detail, noting all features, issues, defects and damage within each property.
• A customer focus and good nature with excellent time management skills.
• Previous experience dictating is beneficial but not essential.
• Knowledge of the English language is a must.
