About the Company
We are seeking an experienced Property Inventory Clerk on a self-employed basis to start immediately. This flexible role allows you to manage your schedule while contributing to our reputation for high-quality reports across London.
About the Role
We are particularly interested in a Clerk to cover Central, North, West and South London.
Responsibilities
- Conduct property inspections and create detailed inventory reports.
- Document property conditions, including fixtures and cleanliness.
- Coordinate with property owners, agents, and tenants.
- Experience in using Inventory Base is preferred.
- Ensure all reports meet our high standards.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of property inventory management experience.
- Proven ability to produce accurate, highly detailed reports.
- Strong attention to detail and deadline management.
- Have a smartphone or tablet for photos.
- Having own car and a valid driving license is a bonus (but not essential).
Required Skills
- Inventory Clerk: 1 year (required)
Preferred Skills
Enjoy flexible work while playing a key role in our inventory process. We value accuracy, detail and adaptability. Support is provided, but independence is essential.
Pay range and compensation package
- Flexible working with an average earning of £15/hour.
