Property Lawyer - Residential & Commercial | Cardiff | Full-time

An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Property Lawyer to join a well-established and highly regarded law firm based in Cardiff. The firm is seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to manage a complex and varied caseload of both residential and commercial property matters.

This is a rare chance to join a forward-thinking team with strong local connections and a reputation for delivering high-quality legal services. The role would suit a confident, client-facing solicitor, legal executive or licensed conveyancer with a proven track record in handling both residential and commercial property transactions.

The Role:

• Manage your own caseload of residential and commercial property transactions, including sales, purchases, leases, and refinancing
• Advise a range of clients from individuals to SMEs and investors
• Work closely with existing clients while also building your own following and referral network
• Take responsibility for developing the property offering within the firm
• Assist in the mentoring and development of junior team members if desired

About You

• Qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer with 5+ years\' PQE (flexible for the right candidate)
• Experience across both residential and commercial property transactions
• Able to handle complex and high-value matters with minimal supervision
• Commercially minded with a desire to build your own workload and expand your network
• A following or partial client base would be advantageous, but not essential
• Strong client care and communication skills
