This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious Associate to join a modern, well-structured commercial practice with high-quality work and clear progression pathways.
The Role
This position offers a 70/30 split between commercial and residential property litigation, with a strong emphasis on complex commercial real estate disputes. You’ll be joining a supportive national team known for its technical excellence, collaborative culture, and impressive client base across sectors including retail, development, investment, and asset management.

- Drafting pleadings, correspondence, notices and advice notes.
- Working closely with the wider Real Estate and Commercial Litigation teams.
- Developing and maintaining strong client relationships; involvement in networking and BD initiatives is encouraged.
- Supervising and supporting junior team members where appropriate (depending on PQE).
About You
- Qualified Solicitor with 2–5 years PQE in property litigation.
- Strong grounding in commercial landlord & tenant law; exposure to residential disputes is beneficial but not essential.
- Confident managing your own caseload with appropriate support.
- Excellent drafting and communication skills, with a commercial, solutions-focused approach.
- Keen to grow your expertise and progress within a national team.
- Team player with strong client‑care skills and a proactive attitude.
