About the Role

We are looking to recruit a Paralegal with litigation experience to join our thriving Property Litigation team, one of the largest in the UK and consistently ranked highly by Legal 500 and Chambers and Partners. The team is led by seven Partners and supported by Senior Associates, Associates, Solicitors, a Legal Executive, trainee Solicitors, and support staff.

The role involves providing proactive strategic advice to property owners, occupiers and funders across a wide range of disputes, including landlord‑tenant matters, building and development, land acquisitions, possession actions and more.

Day to Day Responsibilities

  • Assist experienced lawyers to achieve the best outcomes for clients.
  • Support lease‑extension work and general property litigation.
  • Manage competing priorities, meet demanding deadlines and work accurately and efficiently.
  • Engage in business development activities such as preparing marketing literature and attending client seminars.
  • Comply with information security and all firm policies and procedures.
