The successful candidate will manage a broad range of contentious property matters, including landlord and tenant disputes, rights of way, boundary issues, and property-related professional negligence claims.

Description

• Advising clients on all aspects of real estate disputes, including litigation and alternative dispute resolution.
• Managing a varied caseload with minimal supervision.
• Drafting pleadings, witness statements, and correspondence.
• Attending court hearings and mediations.
• Collaborating with other departments to provide holistic legal solutions.
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships.

Profile

• Qualified solicitor in England & Wales (1-3 years PQE preferred).
• Solid experience in property litigation or real estate disputes.
• Strong technical knowledge of landlord and tenant law, property rights, and civil procedure.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
