The Role

Working within a close-knit team you will gain exposure to a diverse caseload of matters for high‑profile private and public sector clients. Advising on contentious property matters including possession, forfeiture, business lease renewals, rent reviews, adverse possession, rights of way, easements and boundary disputes.

The Candidate

A qualified Solicitor sought to join a nationally recognised disputes team where you can gain hands‑on experience with complex matters and develop your career in a supportive environment. You will have at least 2 years PQE dealing with a varied caseload of property litigation matters.
