The Role
As the HMO Specialist within the property management team, you’ll oversee compliance across a varied portfolio. From ensuring licences are in place to reviewing safety checks and certificates, your eye for detail and industry knowledge will ensure every property is maintained to the highest standard. You’ll also work closely with landlords, tenants, and contractors, making sure communication is clear and outcomes are excellent.
Key Responsibilities
- Audit property portfolios to identify licence requirements and ensure compliance.
- Keep landlords informed of new licensing schemes and provide expert advice.
- Review safety certificates and ensure records are always up to date.
- Oversee remedial works, coordinating with contractors to guarantee quality.
- Build strong relationships with landlords, tenants, and colleagues.
- Maintain accurate records using property management systems and platforms.
- Stay ahead of HMO legislation, building your professional expertise.

- Experienced in property management, with strong knowledge of HMO legislation.
