Your Role: More Than Property Management

As a Property Manager, you'll be at the heart of everything they do. This isn't about ticking boxes - you'll be the vital link between properties, residents, housing providers, and local authorities, ensuring everyone gets the service they deserve.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Conducting property inspections and compliance audits to maintain the highest safety standards (driving license required)
  • Onboarding new housing providers through robust due diligence processes
  • Managing relationships with tenants, landlords, local authorities, and housing providers
  • Ensuring all properties meet fire safety, utilities, and water safety requirements
  • Streamlining operations and suggesting process improvements
  • Working closely with the DWP and local authorities on rent and service charge arrangements
