Position Summary:
Central Suites is one of the fastest-growing independent property businesses in Oxfordshire. Established in 2019, it has doubled in size annually, delivering award-winning residential developments and co-living properties. Join our small but growing team to make an impact on our fast-paced project management, handling projects typically valued between £30k-£300k, often managing more than three projects simultaneously.
Main Responsibilities:
- Lead technical aspects of house renovations, managing contracts and planning processes.
- Provide design and costing input to the land and acquisitions team pre-purchase, during project initiation, delivery, and handover.
- Prepare and manage project budgets, ensuring cost control throughout the project lifecycle.
- Manage tender processes and oversee contractors.
- Coordinate external consultants including architects, engineers, planning consultants, and surveyors.
- Manage planning submissions, discharge planning conditions, and obtain technical approvals (building control, warranty providers, SAP/EPC, Party Wall Awards).
- Ensure compliance with local building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
- Maintain communication with stakeholders regarding project progress, issues, and solutions.
- Review and resolve design and site queries, conducting site inspections.
- Manage project progress and ensure timely delivery.
- Serve as the main contact for all consultants and contractors.
- Coordinate interior design and staging/marketing materials for sales.
- Ensure professional handover upon project completion.
- Must have a full, clean UK driving license and own vehicle (expenses reimbursed).
- Flexible working from office, home, and site visits.
- Strong experience in residential refurbishment design and delivery.
- Relevant degree or professional qualification.
