Proposal Manager / Senior Proposal Coordinator

Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Proposal Manager or Senior Proposal Coordinator at Civic. The candidate will be responsible for coordinating, preparing, and managing engineering proposals. This includes writing qualitative responses to SQs, Tenders and RFPs, ensuring the overall quality and timeliness of proposals. The role will be based in Glasgow, other cities with studios will be considered as this is a hybrid role with working from home options.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Proposal Coordination, Proposal Preparation, and Proposal Management
• Experience in Proposal Writing and responding to SQs, Tenders and RFPs
• Experienced of working on framework submissions
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines
• Experience in the engineering or construction industry is preferred
• Strong organisational and project management abilities
• Member of APMP is desirable
