Your Impact: Salesforce Senior Solution Architects are Salesforce platform experts who can translate client business requirements into Salesforce-based solutions. Creative problem solving and active listening are emphasised to help clients realise business value from the Salesforce platform.

Responsibilities

• Understanding business and technical requirements and translating these into Salesforce platform capabilities and solutions
• Analysing business processes to identify value-driving solutions, assess feasibility and propose new approaches
• Modelling processes, architecture, data structures and information to support Publicis Sapient projects
• Developing enterprise-grade architecture and processes to utilise the Salesforce platform fully
• Ensuring business strategy and technological direction are aligned
• Collaborating to develop and enforce Publicis Sapient architectural standards
• Supporting project managers throughout the software development lifecycle
• Assigning work through appropriate channels to functional consultants and providing guidance
• Contributing to the growth of the Salesforce Practice, including Pre-Sales and reusable assets

Qualifications

Your Skills & Experiences

• Extensive experience as a Solution Architect with large customers on at least one Salesforce Data Cloud implementation, collaborating with technical teams to build the solution
• Experience as a lead architect on complex projects using Data Cloud/SF Core/SF Marketing Cloud, preferably in the Consumer Products space
• Ability to advise, mentor, educate and influence diverse teams on Application Design, Solution Capabilities, System Landscape, Adoption and Change Management, Centre of Excellence and Governance as they relate to the Salesforce Platform
• Senior stakeholder (C-Level) management skills and experience
• Proven aptitude to rapidly learn new industries; excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Solid presentation and facilitation skills; leadership and consulting abilities to build trust with customers
• Ability to lead workshops (Discovery, Solution Design and Delivery)
• Hands-on delivery skills; ability to mentor colleagues within a career framework
• Eagerness to co-define and deliver advisory sessions for strategic initiatives; ability to work independently or in a distributed team

Additional Information

• Experience with Enterprise Architecture concepts
• Salesforce Certified Application Architect and/or Certified System Architect
• Examples of helping clients shape their strategic vision
