About the job:

• Provide effective individual psychiatric care via telehealth in an outpatient setting.
• Conduct patient assessments, develop treatment plans, and prescribe medications as necessary.
• Ensure all patient care complies with applicable laws, regulations, and ethical standards.
• Work independently without affiliation to hospitals or clinics, practicing in the best interest of patients.
• Join growing teams of therapists and prescribers, with onboarding to meet multiple professionals and find suitable matches.
• Participate in regular staffing with collaborating therapists, at least monthly, to discuss patient cases and clinical topics.
• Work remotely, with flexible days and hours, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays. Virtual team meetings and clinical conferences are held regularly.

Job Requirements:

• Hold a valid PMHNP license and be open to licensing in other states.
• Prior experience as a PMHNP is preferred but not required.
• Ability to collaborate with a diverse healthcare team.
• Solid computer skills and familiarity with technology.
• Strong clinical background in psychiatry, including diagnosis and psychopharmacology, with knowledge of non-pharmacological interventions.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.

Salary Range: $70—$100 USD per hour
