Fittest PR is a strategic communications agency based in London. We work with the most exciting brands in fitness, wellness, health, fashion, and technology. Our clients include HYROX, Represent 247, R.A.D, Hyperice, C4, Sports Direct, and many more.

We specialise in earned media and cultural positioning. Our work helps brands cut through the noise, land meaningful press moments, and build long-term relevance with their communities.

We are growing fast and looking for an exceptional Account Manager to join the team and play a central role in delivering results for clients and contributing to our culture and future growth.

This is a key role for someone with strong media relations experience who is confident leading day-to-day account activity and delivering sharp, creative work. You will be responsible for managing client relationships, developing earned media campaigns, and working closely with your team to deliver high-quality results.

We are looking for someone with energy, initiative, and attention to detail. You will be comfortable managing multiple projects, pitching stories, owning timelines, and pushing work forward.

• Managing the day-to-day running of client accounts and building trusted client relationships
• Developing and delivering media strategies that align with client goals
• Leading on proactive media outreach and journalist engagement
• Managing deadlines, priorities, and project timelines across multiple workstreams
• Supporting the development of creative ideas and campaign planning
• Delivering clear, timely reporting and communications for clients
• Supporting new business development and agency-wide initiatives

• At least 2 years of agency experience in a media-facing PR role
• A strong understanding of the UK media landscape across wellness, fitness, lifestyle, and sport
• A track record of securing quality earned media coverage
• Excellent communication, writing, and client management skills
• Strong organisation and time management abilities
• A proactive mindset and the confidence to take ownership
• A passion for health, fitness, and culture
