Calling all Purchase Ledger professionals! Are you looking for an exciting new opportunity within a fast-paced, creative team where you'll have the chance to learn, grow, and develop your skills?Our client, one of the UK's leading workplace design companies, is currently seeking a Purchase Ledger Clerk to join their dynamic finance team.

The ideal candidate will have prior experience in Purchase Ledger and enjoy working closely with a diverse range of clients and stakeholders. Proficiency in Sage 50 and a good working knowledge of Excel would be highly beneficial.

• Match, check and code purchase invoices to Purchase Orders
• Request Purchase Orders for overheads invoices
• Payment run - prepare payment batches, request Director's approvals, make BACS payments
• Process and pay Expenses
• Set up suppliers and sub-contractors
• Reconcile supplier statements
• Reconcile creditors on weekly basis
• Follow company authorisation processes
• Daily backups and transfers of supplier and customer accounts/invoices to Sage
• Liaise with Project Managers/supply chain to resolve invoices in query
