Purchasing Consultant. This role is to strategically manage inventory levels across the US and UK marketplaces, sourcing new suppliers and maintaining relationships with current suppliers. You will be experienced in procurement across various international markets and platforms and speak multiple languages, including, but not limited to, English, Mandarin, Hindi and Gujarati.. . Duties and Responsibilities:. • Identifying stock levels and shortages, making plans for purchasing options.. • Researching and identifying prospective suppliers and maintaining strong supplier relations.. • Negotiating purchase terms and conditions.. • Preparing and issuing purchase orders and agreements.. • Monitoring supplier performance and resolving issues and concerns.. • Inspecting and evaluating the quality of purchased items and resolving shortcomings.. • Preparing reports and maintaining accurate inventory and procurement records.. • Working hours per week – 37.5. .
