As a Certification Analyst, you\'ll develop and execute custom test scripts, ensure compliance with certification requirements, and provide valuable feedback to engineering teams. This is a role for someone who thrives in fast-moving environments, loves problem-solving, and understands the intricacies of a payments ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

  • Owning EMV certification from intake paperwork to test execution and submission.
  • Reviewing and validating test cases for accuracy and compliance.
  • Designing reusable automated test suites and frameworks for certification processes.
  • Performing manual certification tests where automation isn\'t feasible.
  • Configuring and testing payment terminals, mobile devices, applications, and SDKs.
  • Using third-party certification tools (UL, VIABLE, EMV test cards) to execute and record results.

Essential Experience

  • Experience in Certification & QA
  • Strong knowledge of EMV transaction flows, payment terminal certification, and settlement/clearing processes.
  • Ability to design and execute detailed test plans from scratch.
  • Experience with REST APIs
  • Basic networking knowledge to troubleshoot connectivity issues.
  • Experience with UL EMV test tools is a significant plus.
