Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented QA/Test Analyst with experience in testing Microsoft Power Platform solutions. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, executing, and documenting test plans to ensure the reliability, accuracy, and performance of automation workflows and applications. You will work closely with business analysts, developers, and stakeholders to validate that solutions meet business requirements and deliver a high-quality user experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and execute test plans for Power Platform solutions, including Power Automate workflows and Power Apps applications.
  • Validate functionality, reliability, and accuracy of automation workflows and integrations.
  • Collaborate with developers and business teams to understand requirements and translate them into test scenarios.
  • Develop and maintain test scripts, test cases, and test data for both manual and automated testing.
  • Conduct different types of testing such as System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and regression testing.
  • Document test results, raise defects, and track them to closure while ensuring timely resolution.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of testing frameworks, tools, and methodologies for Power Platform solutions.
  • Support end-users and stakeholders during UAT, providing guidance and capturing feedback for refinements.

Required Skills

  • Proven experience in designing and executing test plans for business applications.
  • Strong understanding of testing automation workflows, with a focus on the Microsoft Power Platform.
  • Ability to validate complex processes to ensure data accuracy, reliability, and business logic integrity.
  • Excellent attention to detail, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment (2 days onsite in London).

Nice to Have

  • Experience with Power Automate testing for cloud and desktop flows.
  • Familiarity with Power Apps Test Studio for automated app testing.
  • Hands-on involvement in System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
  • Experience in creating test scripts, test cases, and reusable testing assets.
  • Knowledge of broader Power Platform ecosystem (Dataverse, AI Builder, Copilot Studio).
