Riverside Property Services manages the repairs and maintenance service to over 24,000 properties across London, the Southeast and Home Counties.
Riverside Property Services undertakes repairs, servicing, voids and planned maintenance work to our customers’ homes via our in-house team and a variety of contractors and service providers who are employed on our behalf. This includes repairs to general needs, leasehold, market rent and our specialist Care and Support schemes. Our work also includes statutory and regulatory compliance checks.
The QHSE Administrator will work closely with the QHSE team to support all QHSE processes and drive continual improvement. You will work collaboratively across the team and maintain the processes to support the service delivery.
About you
We are looking for someone with:
- Minimum 5 GCSE’s grade 4-9 including math’s and English.
- Level 1 computer applications or equivalent.
- Proven attention to detail.
- Proven organisation skills and experience.

Role Profile
- Maintain and organise QHSE-related documents such as risk assessments, compliance certifications and safety records.
- Ensure that all documents are up-to-date, accurate, and stored in an accessible manner.
- Maintain the document library for all QHSE policies, procedures, forms, and processes.
- Support the QHSE team with monitoring of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) in line with targets, including incident, near miss, training, face fit testing, risk assessment compliance, asbestos compliance and lone worker safety device usage.
- Provide administrative support during investigations and follow-up actions.
- Collate data and support the QHSE team with updating reports and management reports.
- Manage the day to day running and monitoring of the team’s channels and mailbox – this may include managing access, first point of contact for any enquires, run reports.
- Assist in preparing training materials and presentations.
- Maintain a record of all monthly QHSE communications – this may include KPI reports, changes to Safe Systems of Work, safety alerts etc
- Manage the QHSE team SharePoint site – monitor team members file documents correctly.
- Assists in the maintaining of the certification of ISO 9001, ISO14001, ISO45001 and PAS99
- Support with the onboarding processes for new contractors.
- Provide administrative support to Head of QHSE, QHSE Advisors, and QHSE Co-Ordinators as needed.
- Coordinate arrangements for HSE activities, such as meetings, training, and site inspections.
- Minute taking and supporting the Health and Safety Committee

- This role will be predominantly on site with some flexibility for home working.
- The role will be exposed to sensitive information; therefore, the role holder is expected to maintain levels of confidentiality at all times.
- To fulfil the requirements of this role, you will be required to work flexibly during the hours of operation.

Person specification
Knowledge, Skills and Experience
- Minimum 5 GCSE’s grade 4-9 including math’s and English.
- Level 1 computer applications or equivalent.
- Proven attention to detail.
- Proven organisation skills and experience.
- Strong IT Skills.
- Experience with the maintenance of integrated management systems.
- Experience in administration of QA (Quality Assurance) systems.
- Experience in the construction industry/responsive repairs.
