Job Description:

An exciting opportunity has recently become available for an experienced Mental Health Social Worker. They are seeking a new member to join the Neighbourhood 2 Primary Care Mental Health Team in Lewisham.

Responsibilities:

• Handle adult mental health casework within a community mental health setting.
• Utilize strong assessment and engagement skills to support individuals effectively.
• Collaborate with other professionals to deliver comprehensive care and ensure positive outcomes for service users.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Experience in adult mental health casework within a community mental health setting.
• Social Work England registration.
• Eligible to work in the UK.
• Degree-level qualification in Social Work.
• Post-qualified experience.
