Hybrid working arrangement: 1 day travel into the Coventry head office per month. This may fluctuate with business requirements. The Arden work location is added to employment contracts as a non-contractual benefit.

The Role – Quality Administrator

Reporting to the Quality Team Leader, we are looking for a Quality Administrator to join our highly skilled and supportive Quality Team. The role provides important administrative support for Arden’s quality assurance and enhancement processes and procedures, including academic misconduct, student disciplinary, student appeals and exceptional mitigating circumstances.

About You

To be successful as a Quality Administrator you must have:

  • Strong Administrative and customer service skills
  • Experience of working with database systems and Excel reporting spreadsheets or data dashboards
  • Strong problem solving skills
  • Ability to plan, organise and prioritise workloads to meet specific deadlines in a high-pressured environment
  • Desirable: Experience of working in a Higher Education/Further Education environment
  • Knowledge of quality assurance or registry processes in an educational context
  • Experience of working with student record systems or large IT record systems

Responsibilities

The Quality Administrator will sit within the Quality and Registry team, the university’s administration hub for our students. It is responsible for a wide range of functions, from governance through to student administration, marking and assessment. The team also handles processing all results and grades for students and produces all certificates awarded at graduation.

Salary and Benefits

Salary: £24,000 – £26,000 per annum
