Must hold a minimum of a Level 5 teaching qualification: DTLLS/CertEd/PGCE. Must have experience of supporting Apprentices. Must hold experience within SEND strategy; curriculum design; quality assurance and impact reports. Strong, working knowledge of ESFA and ILR compliance. Excellent communication skills – written and verbal – with the ability to communicate with individuals at all levels. Full, clean UK driving licence and access to own vehicle. Must be flexible with travel.

Duties

To lead inclusive practices across our client’s Apprenticeship curriculum; working in close partnership with employers and delivery staff to ensure programmes are designed and practices are implemented to ensure learners with SEND/barriers to learning are able to reach their full potential. Observe, coach, and provide feedback to enhance inclusive teaching and learning practices Manage support planning, reasonable adjustments, and Access to Work procedures Design and deliver training sessions and toolkits that embed inclusive approaches Track, analyse, and report on inclusion KPIs, EDIMs, and learner achievement data Promote inclusive careers education and help apprentices overcome learning and employment barriers Contribute to high-needs learner submissions, including ILR and EAS processes Maintain compliance with awarding body requirements and funding documentation standards
