Reports To: Director, Quality Assurance
Position Summary
The Quality Assurance Coordinator is responsible for providing administrative support to the Director, Quality Assurance in the maintenance of the company's management system, office audits and certifications.
Major Responsibilities
- Treat health, safety and environmental compliance as top priority.
- Provide administrative support for Integrated Management System document changes.
- System administrator for company accounts with Flag administration, Classification Societies, OCIMF TMSA.
- Coordinate office audit schedules and agendas.
- Collation of departmental documents in preparation for office audits.
- Input office audit findings and response into ABS NS HSE system.
- Coordinate inter-departmental TMSA review, updates and submission for TMSA self-assessment into OCIMF database.
- Coordinate and collate information for company management review material.
- Any other duties assigned by line manager.
Requirements (Skills, Knowledge & Abilities)
- The immediate right to live and work in the United Kingdom.
- A high level of competency in using MS applications and database entry.
- Strong organisational skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and work ethic.
- Strong teamwork, interpersonal and communication skills.
- Knowledge of maritime shipping industry.
- Experience working in a comparable role with similar systems (e.g., DocMap, ABS NS System, OCIMF TMSA).
