We are seeking a Quality Assurance Officer to join our team. The key responsibility involves evaluating customer interactions across various communication channels to ensure compliance, identify areas for improvement, and prevent customer detriment. You will provide constructive feedback, support continuous improvement, and ensure regulatory compliance to deliver excellent customer outcomes.

Responsibilities include:

• Listening to and evaluating customer interactions for regulatory compliance and customer outcomes.
• Reviewing interactions in line with processes and ensuring accurate reflection of information.
• Developing an understanding of business processes to ensure consistent analysis.
• Identifying and reporting recommendations for improvement.
• Delivering feedback and supporting team performance.
• Proactively identifying potential detriment and taking remedial actions.
• Managing individual workload and tasks.
• Maintaining knowledge of regulatory requirements and ensuring compliance.

• Experience delivering customer-focused outcomes in a regulated environment.
• Strong attention to detail and decision-making confidence.
• Experience in Sales, Service, or Quality Assurance roles.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Problem-solving abilities.
• Experience meeting targets and owning performance.
• Understanding of FCA, GDPR, TCF, and complaints handling.
