As a Quality & Compliance Advisor, you will be helping customers build confidence and trust that Yusen is achieving and maintaining high levels of quality and compliance throughout the supply chain, adhering to all customer SLAs / SLRs, GDP Guidelines, and other applicable regulations.

This is a full-time role working Monday to Friday, 08:00 am – 4:30 pm, with three days working from home and two days in the office (subject to business requirements). The salary for this role is £30,000.

The Role includes:
• Ensuring all complaints from internal and external stakeholders are accurately recorded on the internal EQMS system in a timely manner.
• Conducting investigations using root cause analysis tools and CAPA management techniques.
• Recommending corrective actions and ensuring investigations are completed within expected timelines.
• Providing coaching and support to Quality and Compliance Advisors to ensure a uniform approach.
• Escalating serious contraventions or complaints to the Quality & Compliance Supervisor promptly.
• Supporting internal audits and self-inspections.
• Maintaining professional communication with stakeholders.
• Providing regular updates to customers and presenting investigation findings during review meetings.

About you:
• Experience in quality assessments, analytical evaluations, customer service, and complaints management is advantageous.
• Understanding of GDP Guidelines and MHRA regulations is beneficial.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Confident written and oral communication skills.
