Join us.**QUALITY COMPLIANCE SENIOR MANAGER – CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT AND INNOVATION****LIVE****What you will do**In this vital role you will drive continuous improvement and change management within Amgen’s R&D Quality Organization. You will provide expert support to create and manage R&D controlled processes, strengthening R&D quality processes, supporting global business process owners, and ensuring compliance with regulatory and organizational standards.**Key Responsibilities*** Lead continuous improvement initiatives for the Digital Quality Management System (DQMS) in R&D* Partner with R&D teams to design and implement process changes and new improvement initiatives* Lead projects driven by management reviews or high-impact quality events.* Provide expertise in developing, revising, and implementing controlled processes.* Guide R&D functions and process owners through organizational change and compliance requirements* Collaborate with training and business process leaders to deliver effective communication and training strategies.* Manage and analyze data across systems and tools (e.g., Excel, Smartsheet) to support improvement activities.**WIN****What we expect of you**We are all different, yet we all use our unique contributions to serve patients.
